Using the Timer in 123 Notetaker
123 Notetaker includes a built-in meeting timer that can be displayed directly on the Notetaker participant in Microsoft Teams. This guide walks through configuring and using the timer.
1. Open the Timer
Open 123 Notetaker in your meeting. At the top of the app, choose one of the available modes:
• Transcription – View meeting transcription and AI features.
• Timer – Configure and control the meeting timer.
• Settings – Customize the appearance and branding.

2. Enable the Timer Display
On the Timer page, enable the 'Timer Display' toggle. When enabled, the timer will be shown on the Notetaker video within the meeting.

3. Select a Timer Mode ⏰
Choose the timer mode that best fits your meeting:
• Simple Timer – Standard countdown or count-up timer.
• Agenda Timer – Track multiple agenda items.
• Clock – Display the current time instead of a timer.

4. Start and Configure the Timer
Click Start Timer when ready. Before or after starting, you can configure:
• Count direction (count up/down)
• Count time
• Warning time
• Alert time
• Alert sound volume
• After the timer ends behavior (stop, continue, etc.)
5. Customize the Appearance 🎨
Personalize how the timer looks during your meeting.
Available options include:
• Color palette
• Timer font
• Timer style:
- Progress Circle
- Tick Ring
- Progress Bar
- Background Only
- Hourglass

6. Display Theme and Branding
From Settings you can further customize the timer display:
• Light or Dark display theme
• Custom branding (paid plans)
• Branding position
• Overlay opacity to control how prominently your branding appears.
