How to Access Your 123 Notetaker Meeting Notes

If you're not seeing your meeting notes from BlueSky 123 Notetaker, don’t worry! You can access them anytime through your BlueSky account. Follow these simple steps to retrieve your notes.

1. Open a Teams Meeting where BlueSky 123 Notetaker was used.
2. Click on the BlueSky 123 Notetaker app within the meeting.
3. Click the profile icon (top right corner).
4. A browser window will open, and you’ll be automatically signed in to your BlueSky account, where your notes are stored.

If you're not in a Teams meeting, you can access your notes manually:

1. Go to the BlueSky login page: BlueSkyApps.org.
2. Enter your Teams email address.
3. Click “Forgot Password” if you haven’t set up a password before.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and log in.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Check if BlueSky 123 Notetaker was active during your meeting. If it wasn’t added, there won’t be any notes.
