I received a message that my monthly meetings are all used up, but I never used the Timer!

You may have Auto Join turned on, which is accidentally using up your meetings. You can turn off the Auto Join function at the top of your Dashboard. To then manually invite the timer into the meetings of your choice, just follow these steps.

Every time the Timer successfully joins your meeting, regardless of how long it's in the meeting, it counts as one meeting used in your monthly allotment.

If you'd like to keep Auto Join turned on but don't want to accidentally use up meetings, I recommend turning on waiting rooms in your Zoom account. If Auto Join is on, the Timer will automatically join the waiting room. But if the Timer is not let into the meeting from the waiting room, it doesn't count as a meeting used.
