Is 123 Polls & Surveys safe?
Don't have the app yet? Add 123 Polls & Surveys to Microsoft Teams. Already have it? Open it in Teams.
Yes. 123 Polls & Surveys stores only your polls and the answers to them, signs people in through Microsoft Teams, and shows names only as each poll's settings allow. It doesn't listen to, record or transcribe your meeting.
What it stores
- The polls you create and their settings.
- Answers, with the person's Teams name unless the poll is anonymous.
- Images you add to questions.
- Your BlueSky account (name and email from Teams). Your email is never shown to other people or put in downloads.
Who can see answers
Only the people each poll's Who can see names? and When participants see results settings allow. The server enforces these, so hidden data never reaches a participant's device. Every request to manage or download a poll is checked against the person's current role in the meeting. See who sees names and results.
How long it's kept
Polls and responses are kept until the organizer deletes the poll or their BlueSky account is deleted. See deleting a poll.
Signing in
There's no separate password. Teams signs you in with single sign-on, and your BlueSky account is created or linked automatically.
