How to install 123 Polls & Surveys in Microsoft Teams

Don't have the app yet? Add 123 Polls & Surveys to Microsoft Teams. Already have it? Open it in Teams.

You install 123 Polls & Surveys once from the Teams app store, then add it to each meeting where you want to run polls. There's no separate sign-up: Teams signs you in, and your BlueSky account is created for you.

Install the app

  1. Open 123 Polls & Surveys in Teams, or in Teams click Apps in the left sidebar and search for 123 Polls & Surveys.
  2. Click Add. The app opens your Poll library, where you can prepare polls ahead of time.

If Add is greyed out or the app doesn't appear in search, your organization may need to allow it. Ask your Teams admin, or see I can't find 123 Polls & Surveys in my Teams meeting.

Add it to a meeting

  1. Open a scheduled Teams meeting. (Instant "Meet now" calls aren't supported.)
  2. During the meeting, click Apps in the meeting toolbar and choose 123 Polls & Surveys. Before it starts, open the meeting in your Teams calendar and click + at the top.
  3. Click Save. The app opens in the side panel, ready for your first poll.

You only do this once per meeting. The app stays in that meeting, so you can prepare polls before it starts and find the results after it ends.
