How to automatically send 123 Notetaker Notes to Attendees
If you're using 123 Notetaker AI in Microsoft Teams, you can easily ensure that meeting notes and summaries are automatically shared with all attendees, saving time and improving follow-up.
- To get started, join your scheduled meeting and open the 123 Notetaker AI app. From there, navigate to the Settings tab. You’ll first need to enable the Email Summary option; this is required before other email-related settings become available.
- Once Email Summary is toggled on, a new option will appear: Send Notes to Attendees. Enabling this will ensure that once the meeting ends, a summary and transcription are automatically sent out to all participants.
It's important to note that attendees must be included in your Teams calendar for the notes to be delivered. If they're not listed on the calendar, they won’t receive the automated summary email.
