Do BlueSky Apps for Zoom work on mobile?

Yes, with some exceptions. Meeting Timer Classic can be used on mobile (see details below). Zoom apps that are integrated into the Zoom client are not available on mobile as of September 2023, but your participants on mobile may be able to see certain features.

Compatible on Mobile

Meeting Timer Classic (includes basic Attendance Taker and Participation Tracker)
- You can invite and manage Meeting Timer Classic in your web browser. This requires switching back and forth between the Zoom mobile app and your mobile web browser.
- What your participants on mobile can see: Meeting Timer Classic joins as a separate meeting attendee.

Limited Compatibility on Mobile

Timer - Clock, Agenda, Countdown & Stopwatch
- Our new Timer app requires the desktop Zoom client.
- What your participants on mobile can see: If you share the timer display from your desktop, your meeting attendees on mobile will see the timer.
Participation & Speaking Time Tracker
- Participation app requires the desktop Zoom client.
- What your participants on mobile can see: If you display the participation chart with your own video from your desktop, your meeting attendees on mobile will see the pie chart.
Overlays - Name cards, Logo & Virtual Backgrounds
- Overlays app requires the desktop Zoom client.
- What your participants on mobile can see: If you display an overlay on your video from your desktop, your meeting attendees on mobile will see the overlay.
Epic Reactions - Animated Emoji Backgrounds
- Epic Reactions app requires the desktop Zoom client.
- What your participants on mobile can see: If you choose a reaction for your video from your desktop, your meeting attendees on mobile will see the emoji reaction.

Not Compatible on Mobile

Attendance Taker - Automatic Attendee Reports
- Note that a meeting attendee on mobile will still be counted in your attendance report! You just need to be on desktop to use the app.
