How does the Participation & Speaking Time Tracker work?
The Participation & Speaking Time Tracker is a simple way to measure and display participation levels during your Zoom meetings. It helps ensure everyone gets a fair chance to contribute while keeping discussions balanced.
✅ Getting Started
To use the Participation & Speaking Time Tracker:
- Open your Zoom desktop client.
- Start or join a meeting.
- Click the Apps tab.
- Select Participation & Speaking Time Tracker and open it.
Once opened, the tracker will automatically begin recording participation data for all attendees.
📊 Real-Time Participation Tracking
The app monitors speaking time for each participant and displays visual charts of engagement. You’ll see who’s contributing most and who may need encouragement to speak up.
🔗 Sharing the Participation Display
You can share the participation chart with everyone in your meeting:
- Click Share Participation Display to make it visible to all attendees.
If you prefer, keep the display private so only you can see it.
📂 Accessing Past Records
After your meeting ends, your participation reports are saved to your BlueSky Dashboard. You can review and download past records anytime for reporting or follow-up.
