Does the Timer app work in breakout rooms?

Yes, our newest Timer app works in breakout rooms! Because the timer shares your video display, it will join whichever breakout room you are in.

To use the Timer in multiple breakout rooms, you'll need multiple users to download the Timer app. For example, if you have a moderator or admin in each breakout room, that user can download our Timer app to display countdowns and agendas inside each breakout room.

You can also invite users to use the Timer app in an active meeting with these steps, even if they haven't downloaded the Timer!

Please note that our Meeting Timer Classic is unable to join breakout rooms.
