The free trial

Your 10-day Pro trial starts the first time you open 123 Polls & Surveys in a meeting of your own, not when you install it and not when you answer someone else's poll. You won't be billed when it ends. Your account moves to the free plan.

How meetings and chats are counted

  • Each meeting, group chat or channel where you start a poll counts once that month. However many polls you run there, it's one.
  • It counts for the person who created the poll. Opening the app without starting a poll doesn't count, and neither does answering someone else's poll.
  • Your count starts again on the 1st of each month. A recurring meeting or a chat you poll every month counts once in each month you use it.

When you reach the limit

The app tells you when you've used this month's allowance. After that, you can keep running polls in the meetings and chats you've already used this month, but a new one asks you to upgrade first. People can still answer polls that are already running, and your saved polls and results stay put.
