How does 123 Notetaker work?

123 Notetaker AI is your smart meeting companion for Microsoft Teams — automatically transcribing, summarizing, and organizing your meeting notes so you can focus on the conversation.


Getting Started

To use 123 Notetaker AI:

  1. Open your Microsoft Teams meeting
  2. Click the Apps button
  3. Select 123 Notetaker AI
  4. Click Add, then Save to include it in your meeting

Once added, the Notetaker will automatically join your meeting. Make sure to admit it from the lobby so it can begin transcribing. It may take up to a minute for transcription to start.

Customize Your Settings

From the Settings menu in the Notetaker, you can choose where meeting notes are sent. Access past transcripts and summaries anytime from your BlueSky Account.

You can revisit all saved transcripts and summaries via your BlueSky dashboard.

Meeting notes and transcripts are stored securely in your account. Share them with your team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
