Notetaker is having trouble joining my meeting.

  1. Confirm the Notetaker app is not in a waiting room. If you have waiting rooms enabled, please admit the Notetaker AI app into your meeting.
  2. All BlueSky apps work best on the latest version of Zoom! More info here on how to update the Zoom client on your desktop or laptop.
  3. We highly recommend restarting your computer after updating Zoom.
  4. If you're still having trouble, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Notetaker app.
