Can I change names in Attendance Taker?
The Attendance Taker pulls names from users' display name in the Zoom meeting. If the user renames themselves, the change should automatically appear in your automatic attendance record. As a host, you can also rename participants within the meeting. If the new name doesn't appear automatically in a minute or so, we recommend refreshing the Attendance Taker app to show the new name.
Please note that if two users in the same meeting have identical display names, they will only show up on one line in the attendance record. If this occurs in your meeting, we recommend asking one of the users to rename themselves or have a host/cohost rename.
