I’m getting an error that says "BlueSky Timer cannot currently join a meeting where registration is required."
We pushed an update in September 2021 that does allow the BlueSky Timer to work with registration webinars! If you're still getting an error message, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall here, to make sure you have the latest version of our app.
Also, please note the registration must not contain any mandatory fields or requirements except the email address and first/last name. You can use other fields to collect more information, but the 'required' field must be left unchecked, as shown below. Lastly, make sure you have authentication turned off.
