How is speaking time measured in the Participation Tracker?
The BlueSky Participation Tracker counts any time that a meeting participant is unmuted and sound is coming from their mic. In other words, if you see a user's mic symbol in Zoom and the black color fill is moving up and down (when sound is coming from that user), this is time that the Participation Tracker will count. The Participation Tracker will not count any time from a user while they are muted.
